WRITING ON BEHALF OF JOYCE V, DAUGHTER OF MR.GUNTURI YOHAN

A timely treatment can save my daughter. As a retired man with my wife, 2 sons and 6 grand children I can’t afford for her hospital expenses neither I can lose her as a dad :( . Please come forward stretch your valuable hand and save my daughter so that she and her family will lead a happy life.

HER BACK GROUND

My youngest Daughter Mrs. Joyce V aged 36 years, a house wife from Giddalur who helps her husband in bread winner of the family by taking home tuitions. God blessed her with two little kids. She has a passion and zeal to serve people through her teaching skills and help many children to shape their careers in a progressive manner. But unfortunately, she has been detected with severe Kidney Problem and she is fighting against it in order to help the children where her passion leads.

ILLNESS DETAILS

Joyce V is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease ( CKD ) stage 5, she requires regular maintenenance Hemodialysis atleast thrice a week . At present dialysis is going on weekly basis in Vivekananda Hospital, Hubli, Karnataka. As off now, whatever little savings i had for my family and grand children and the entire expenses has gone into her treatments. We are now in the stage of asking people money for her treatment and that Is how I came to know about MILAAP and felt to seek financial support.

SUPPORT FROM YOUR SIDE

As of now, I have spent more than Rs 3 Lakh in Bangalore and Hubli hospitals for her weekly dialysis and her weekly medicine  which costs me Rs 3000/- i.e. per month 15000/-  estimated that additional Rs 4 Lakhs would be required for another two years for dialysis after which will go ahead for kidney plantation . Please find all the supporting documents and hospital bills and help my daughter smile back.

I request all of you to extend your hand and prayer to save the life of my Daughter. It will be a great help if support campaigns could be intimated too. I will update again with more details. I am her Father Mr Gunturi Yohan who is taking care of her and her children at my home.
