My Daughter's name is Kiran, who is 16 years old and suffering from one of the unique diseases of the spinal cord, in which her spinal cord is bent into curvature and affected her left ribs. (Medical Terminology - Kyphoscoliotic deformity of the dorsal spine with a backache with radiculopathy to right upper limb ) 

In her MRI it is diagnosed in medical terminology as - Right sided scoliosis noted in the dorsal spine with D8 hemi-vertebra with crowding of ribs left side at D7-D9 level. ). She is suffering from this disease since the last seven (7 ) years. A large amount of money spent on her treatment and now she is going to be operated by the team of Doctors at PGI Chandigarh, who is assuring us that a team of doctors from foreign along with them at PGI will operate her at around 30th October 2018. 

I am the father of this girl, who is a student of class 9th at GGIC Nainital, and a meritorious student is having very limited resources of earning. Being a private driver in a school cab, my earning resources are very limited and I am unable to meet the medical and operational expenses. Therefore I am begging and requesting to all of you to help me to bring back smile in my little daughters face.
