My name is Siakeulak from Magulong village Manipur. I work in Jesus call ministry as prayer warrior. Suddenly my health deteriorated. And when I went for health check up on 2 September 2018, my doctor told me that my both kidney has failed and I will die right away without kidney dialysis so, I start kidney dialysis and medication from my bed every week and every day till now. 

The only way which give me hope now for living again is kidney transplant.
I have spent almost all my wealth now but I need kidney transplant as recommended by my doctor.
So, I would like to humbly appeal everyone to help me in whatever way you can.
