I am raising funds on behalf of Kondiah D to save his son (Hemanth D) who is suffering with a Acute Liver disease. Hemanth D has been affected with a Acute Liver disease on september 25th 2018 due to food poisoning. He was admitted to Gleneagles Global Health city in Chennai. According to the medical records he requires a liver transplant as a Primary treatment as early as possible. Due to massive Liver damage he lost his consciousness and unable to recognise anybody. Hemanth's father (Kondaiah D) is a farmer earning 4000 per month and the only bread earner of the family couldnt able to bare the surgery and hospital expenses (Thirty lakhs) which is mentioned in the records. His father has already seeked help from near and dear ones which is not sufficient to manage the high end surgery and hospital expenses. They are struggling financially and seeking help to save his son.
