My name is Dharmendra Kumar Mitharwal. I am working with a multinational company as a financial Executive. I was initially Start a firm or organization to help them that unable to reach or got a job in MNC's Even small scale industries because they are uneducated and less carrying. Ex. Street People And rag pickers.

They are a part of India's massive reserve of rag pickers–their numbers are estimated between 1.5 million and 4 million; Delhi itself has over 500,000. Rag pickers sustain themselves by collecting, sorting and segregating waste and then trading it. this job is not enough for survival in daily life and its cause different type of disease just like as cancer and many more.

Other Impact is Homeless children under the age of 18 are subject to  child abuse, forced labor often involving picking up rags and sifting through garbage for recyclable materials, illness, and drug addiction while being stripped of their right to education and job recreation. According to UNICEF, violence against children in India include neglect, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and exploitation as the rate of child abuse increased to nearly 8000 child abuses in 2007. Indian government study in 2007 stated that two out of every three children in India were physically abused and that 50% of the nearly 12,000 studied children testified one or more forms of sexual abuse. The increase of child abuse in India is reasoned to be the increase of freed criminals

"More than 90 million people in India make less than $1 USD per day."

So we want to establish a setup or organization that is a small scale menufecturing unit and its totally operated by those people which are unable to reach other job. and its totally revenue will be used to educate their children in future. So

 I want to raising funds for Mitharwal Corporation which will working towards the Create Job and education for street children And People. We are at present trying to search  people and fund who are  support our organization. our programm's impact is direct relate to poor population and need primary amount to establish setup for that.
