I am Dr. Sonia and I am a paediatrician .I know Chandan since he was a small boy as his mother was our domestic help and father a daily labourer. Bright in studies he completed his masters in science and was working in a school and giving private tuition to make his family stable and suddenly a month back has been diagnosed as CKD stage 5.

He is currently undergoing regular dialysis. Now renal transplant is the only hope for him.A humble request to each and everyone to donate generously so that we can save a bright young life .Thanks a lot.
