My name is Rohtas, father to 10-year-old Bhavna. My daughter has a hole in her heart because of which she is not even able to carry out day-to-day functions properly. She requires undergoing an urgent corrective surgery so as to lead a complication-free life.

My daughter has been suffering since birth. She experiences shortness of breath, swelling in legs and extreme fatigue. She is currently in class 4 and at an age when her only concern should be homework and playing, my daughter has to stay at home, careful of not exerting herself to a point where it becomes difficult to even breathe.  

The doctors have recommended corrective surgery for Bhavna which will cost Rs.  2.75 lakhs. I earn up to Rs. 12,000 per month. My wife, Saroj is a housewife and whatever money I make is utilized in running the entire household. We have a younger son as well. It is very difficult to look after kids in meager income, even more so when one of them requires continuous medical attention.  

My daughter's surgery is of utmost priority for my wife and me. But because of our humble means, we are unable to arrange the funds required for my child's life-saving treatment. This is where I request for your help, however small it may be. Please help me save my daughter.
