Habibul resident of Vill - Hijalgoda, P.S - Jamuria, Dist - Burdwan State - West Bengal, Cell No - 9732067630, my wife "Ayesha Khatoon" aged about 34 years is a patient of Uterus Cancer with complication, she is under treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai, Case File No - CN/12905 since 05/05/2016. Doctors advised for surgery as well as estimated cost of surgery Rs. 400,000/-. I am unable to arrange the said amount.
