One of my closest friends, Anubhab Banerjee, (student of third year of Electronics and Communication Engineering in IEM)has been suffering from Acute Myeloid Leukemia (a rare type of blood cancer) for the past two months. Recently, doctors have come to the conclusion that he has to undergo bone marrow transplantation for the treatment. A rough estimate for the transplantation has been given of a minimum of 50 lakh rupees. I hereby make a humble plea for monetary contributions for this purpose. Any amount of contribution is of immense importance to his family currently to cater to the huge amount of money needed and will be accepted with deep gratitude.
