This 4 yr little champ was unable to walk for last 15 days associated with back pain radiating to all 4  limbs...

Needs immediate surgical excision which requires an approximate amount of 5,00,000 / - for Hospitalization ONLY.  as per OMINI Hospital, Kothapet, Hyderabad.

An additional fund of 1,00,000 is estimated for his post hospitalization treatment, travel costs, medication, consultation etc

Please help him walk "Again"
