I am 42 Yrs. old nonalcoholic working in a Co-operative Bank.I have 13 Yrs. old daughter.I have end stage liver & kidney disease, for which transplant surgery is planned at Dinanath Mangeshkar hospital Pune. Doctors treating me have advised to undergo both liver & kidney transplant.I have registered myself with zonal transplant committee through hospital. The donor for the transplant will be cadavour donor, so the date of surgery is not fixed & it can take place at any time.The estimate for this dual transplant is Rs. 25 lac.The treatment & dialysis up till now has exhausted all the little saving I had & also bank loan & hand loan from relatives. So the amount of Rs.25 lac is is very big for me and i am unable to raise it on my own. The hospital has asked me to deposit the amount by the end of March 2017. I request all of you to help me financially to fight the life threatening end stage liver & kidney disease for which transplant is the only solution.My 13 Yrs. daughter and my family is fully dependent on me. therefore I request you to help as much as possible to save my life as well as my family.
