Hi, my name is Pradeep and I am raising funds for my mother, Shyam Kumari. She is a 58 years old housewife.
She has been fighting against Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, Septic Shock, Blood Fungal Infection - Candida and Encephalopathy diseases/injury.
It started with a drug reaction and the currently sitatuion is that her immune system is badly affected and currently having infection in most of her vital organs, including brain due to which she's unconscious and on ventilator, fighting for her life.
Doctors are saying that the blood fungal infection that she's having is so strong that even after giving strong dose of the medicine, it's still growing.
It's been 40 days for her to be in hospital but her condition is still not stable. She is currently undergoing treatment at SGPGI, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
She has been suffering for a month and half and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Intensive Critical Care Unit (ICCU) is her only hope at getting better and living a normal life. Her treatment will cost approximately Rs. 2500000. We have tried our level best to pay hospital and medicine bills for her but after paying bills for 40 days for an average of INR 50,000 per day, we are now left with very less money and she still need 2-3 months of treatment to come out of her current situation and live normal life.

All of us are eagerly awaiting her recovery. Once she gets better, I'm sure she would love to take care of her loving partner and want to see her grandchild.
It's very painful to see your mother in a life-threatening situation due to a drug reaction case called Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis which is a very rare injury.
