Born to Mr. Rati Kanta Das, a porter at Burrabazar, Kolkata, Sourav is a 17 year old young boy. The poor father has to lift hundreds of kgs everyday to meet both ends for his family. Just when the family was seeing a ray of hope as Sourav grew to support his father, the young boy was diagnosed with Kidney Failure. 

Both the kidneys have stopped functioning and if they are not transplanted in time, the family will lose Sourav forever. The poor family does not get breads for two times if Mr. Das does not work for one day, so to bear the cost of kidney transplant is nearly impossible for him. However, if all of us come together we can help the poor family through this tough time.
