My name is Sandeep and I am raising funds for my father. My father suffers from diabetes mellitus type 2 (also known as type 2 diabetes) which is a long-term metabolic disorder and Percutaneous transluminal coronaryangioplasty (PTCA). He has serve LV dsyfunction and Congetive cardiac failure.

The estimated cost is around 20+lakh (at the time of heart transplant) and we spent 5 lakh last month just for his hospitalization. First he was admitted in a local hospital and we spent around 1 lakh. After his discharge from that hospital my father was again admitted in Apollo Delhi. Hospital charged us 3lakh78thousand rupees.

That's the recent cost and we have go hospital every week for his check up which cost around 4 thousand plus medicine.
We assume 25+ lakh can help because my father need timely hospitalization and 20 +lakh is the cost of heart transplant. His treatment is under doctor K.K. Saxena in Apollo Sarita Vihar.

We need funds because we belong to lower middle class background. It is not easy for any middle class family to cop with these situations financially. For us it has been a hard time and we are looking for financial and emotional support.
