I am a gandhi fellow in mumbai location. During my stay i met these two boys in the bmc school, who are respectively 12 and 14 years old. They had been attending normal classes with normal students even though they could not hear and speak since childhood.
Since they are financially weak as her mother sells vegetables in daily market so they cannot afford to buy the much expensive(ranges 50000 and above) hearing machine which is specially designed for hearing impaired people.
So i have contacted an NGO namely "POSAT" which provides training classes for special children like Bonson and his brother and it also supports financially upto some amount to buy the hearing machine which will vary person to person. If the NGO will have some old hearing machine whose frequency will be suitable for the kids,they may get that for free otherwise the parents have to bear some amount to buy the machine.
Now the case where i need fund is the initial cost for checking up the level of damage to the ear and paying the doctors fees. Also, as i said earlier, the parents have to pay some amount of the machine which they do not have.
Therefore i need to raise bare minimum fund of 20000 for two kids.
