I am Dr. Tabrez Altaf Noorani M.D. Pediatric 3rd Year Resident in N. H. L. Medical college, Ahmedabad. I have completed my MBBS from M. P. Shah Government Medical college, Jamnagar. I have taken admission in N.H.L. Medical College in April-2016 on merit basis in NRI quota. Unfortunately, my father and mother died in May-2017 and June-2017 respectively. My yearly fees is U. S. $ 40,000 per Year. My father had paid my first-year fees and my father being the sole earning member in the family could not make provisions for the payment of my fees in advance. 

So, for my second-year fees I had paid the U. S. $ 20,000 from the gratuity received from my father’s company. And for the remaining amount I was supported by TATA trust and had received a generous amount of INR 8,00,000 for the same. In this manner I could complete my second-year fees and I am really grateful to the trust for the same. My third year fees are U.S. $ 40,000/-.  Moreover TATA trust has also supported me with INR 500,000/-(Five lakhs only) for this year. And I have also receievd approximately 4,50,000/- from other smaller trusts too.

 Now the pending amount of my fees is approximately INR 20,00,000/- for my third(final) year. So, I request everyone to kindly consider my request and do support me financially through education grant for the payment of the fees as I do not have any other means for supporting myself. Otherwise I will have to take the painful decision of leaving the course which would be very hurtful after reaching at this stage.
