Hello,
My name is Sharmila and I have started this fund raising campaign to save my loving husband Soundar from kidney failure. He is 33 years old. Me and Soundar had peaceful happy life with our two lovely little girls (you can see them in the picture) everything was perfectly normal.
He was a network engineer. It was a decent job with a good pay, of the job being an engineer to support one of the Cellular network providers, it involved working long hours, lots of travel, high pressure and time sensitive activities that helped thousands of mobile subscribers use cellular networks and services as usual.
Inspiteof all these challenges, Soundar made conscious effort to stay connected with the family and friends until one day he started having a few minor symptoms when he had to overlook to keep everything afloat. Repeated occurrences made him question himself and sought medical advice and that single visit to the doctor turned our life upside down.
He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease on haemodialysis / hypertension. He needs to go to the specialist doctor and needs haemodialysis twice a week.
This is very painful physically and extremely stressful emotionally and is heart breaking to see a healthy young man with clean habits transforming into a physical and emotional wreck. My family has done everything in its capacity to help us keep up with the living and medical expenses. I had taken up a job to support the family, leaving the little girls at friends / relatives place when I have to be at work.
To save Soundar from this life threatening condition immediate surgeries involving with transplanting both kidneys has to be done. The total expenses including the pre, post tests (approximately Rs.8lakhs) and transplant costs (approximately Rs.25lakhs) - total Rs.33lakhs.
I believe, with all the love, compassion and little donations from you can save a father that these little girls want to be with, save a devoted husband, a good son and a loving brother. Please help!!
