Help Sonaullah to sustain his carpet weaving business and get raw materials to #MakeinIndia

Sonaullah Sheikh, a specialist in carpet weaving, has been with JK Handloom for twenty-two years. His elder son helps him at work while his younger son is studying to be an engineer. Sheikh has mastered the art of weaving without a drawing figurative and has used this skill to flourish in Sena work. However, after the onslaught of the Kashmir foods, his equipment and prior work was irreparably damaged, thereby eliminating his efforts over the last twenty two years. In order to help him recover the damage and continue to sustain himself through his craft, Ants Crafts and JK Handlooms have come together to help develop designs and marketing strategies to help these goods earn revenue in the domestic and international market.

Fulfilling the demand for these products will help Sheikh earn a substantial income and enable him to go back to the life he knew. However, to fulfil these orders, he needs to procure large quantities of raw material and repair the equipment he owns. Additionally, he needs to make investments to prevent his future goods from getting destroyed. With a loan of Rs. 4 lakhs from Milaap, he will be able to do this.
