Hello Sir/Madam,

Myself S.PurnaChandu and my sister is suffering from Chronic Kidney diseases,she is bright mind doing her B.Tech but suddenly she is suffering from pain in stomach and body pains when we joined her in Hospital the report says both kidneys are failed, for reference i attached the report image, please go through it for conformation.Her father(my uncle) expired recently due to kidney failure,his younger daughter is effected with same issue.Requesting the every reader to help my sister to lead the remaining life with your blessings by helping her.Every penny useful for my sister in this crucial period.Requesting every one to help her as per their concern.
