This fundraiser is for my son Sathwik. He is 4 years old. Due to complications during his birth, he is not able to walk yet. He has been diagnosed with severe spastic Triplegic cerebral palsy. One surgery was performed last year and is receiving physiotherapy since then. He is now able to stand with knee support. Doctors have suggested to undergo another surgery before 20th of november to aid the progress that has achieved till now. 

This has given us hopes that we will be able to see him walk on his own. The continuous medical expenses have emptied our savings. Please help us in raising the funds for the surgery.
