Hello friends,I'm Suganya mother of Saayishri. we, me and my husband (Srinivasan M) understood that my daughter has a great pleasure to see this world,when she arrived early without any notice to us. she born eight weeks early than planned.
The happiness is delivered early with some difficulties within
32 weeks birth weight: 948gm. she is in our hands like a flower.when doctors examined the premature baby,they came up with the detailed analysis report.
she has 2 holes in her heart.
one in the way to lungs from heart and another on the septum(the wall) between the lower chambers of the heart(the ventricles),normally known as ventricular septal defect(VSD).
It seems she made a way for us to enter in her little heart.
The hole in the way of lungs need a surgery immediately and the VSD can wait, as doctor's said. with gods grace , the first surgery went well. now she crossed her first birthday and fulfilled our life with happiness.still, the VSD needs a open heart surgery. And now she is 1year 4months weight :5.2kg . 
In Last one year,our medical expenses gone to the height, which cannot be reachable.the expenses for another open heart surgery is way beyond our reach.
Even a small contribution from your end can give us the priceless smile of  our daughter.
