Ms. Rupali Ramdas Auti – 25 years old girl from Shrigonda – Maharashtra is diagnosed with VSD (Ventricular Septal defect ) , She needs to undergo immediate transplantation of both the organs - heart and lungs .
Rupali’s parents are blessed with 3 daughters and a son, Rupali is the youngest one, her father is a sole breadwinner and is retired as a Technician from Shrigonda Sugar factory, was working with a salary merely enough to survive and save a little which also gets exhausted if there is no rainfall or proper market rate of produce from their dry land of less than a hectre.
