I am posting this email to kindly hearted people who can donate to a retired government school teacher’s daughter Shahnaz Sultan and she is a 30years young girl. Shahnaz has completed Degree and worked in ICICI bank for 6months. School Teacher had lot of hopes on her, unfortunately she has been suffering with Rheumatoid arthritis since 9 years (affected at the age of 21Years) and this affected the joints of her hands, feet, wrists, elbows, knees and ankles.

Shahanaz father is from below middle class family and I know, her father very well, I have been helping them financially since couple of years whatever possible way, but she need more support to undergo to immediate surgery for Cataract and  Polyp in Gallbladder and for Rheumatoid Treatment  which cost around Rs.5, 00,000 to Rs.6, 00,000

She has diagnosed with chronic inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis which can cause permanent joint destruction and deformity. As per doctors suggested that Rheumatoid arthritis can affect people of all ages. The cause of rheumatoid arthritis is not known. Unlike the wear-and-tear damage of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis affects the lining of joints, causing a painful swelling that can eventually result in bone erosion and joint deformity.

Due to Rheumatoid Arthritis below parts of her body also got effected badly

Shahnaz diagnosed with Polyp in a gallbladder stone (GBS) which frequently comes in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and evaluated factors which could affect the formation of GBS--such as lipids and the GB motilities of the patients.

Doctor said that the higher frequency of GBS in female RA patients when compared to controls. Impaired GB motility in RA patients might contribute to an increased incidence of GBS development

Shahnaz’s both eyes also effected due to Rheumatoid Arthritis which is common complications for people with rheumatoid arthritis and it is causing corneal damage and ultimately impacted her vision in both eyes.
