3 days old Aakash is the 3rd child of his young mother. He was delivered at home with the help of his grandmother. He was brought to hospital with a thin thread of line between life and death. He had gone into sepsis because of infection. He also has some problems with regard to the organs in the abdomen which are being evaluated. His mother is also quite unwell requiring ICU admission for heart monitoring and very low hemoglobin. The father is mentally challenged and the older siblings are just 3 yr and 10 months old. They make their living picking trash. Aakash needs atleast 2- 4 weeks of NICU care for his current problems.
