Dear sir/madam,
I'm Chandrahas I father of preetham C. my son is aged about 6 years,from the time of his birth he is not able to hear subsequently due to this problem he is not able to speak also. Recently when we had a check up in Sri Bhagavan Mahaveer Jain Hospital VASANTHNAGAR Bengaluru, the Dr. Vasanthi Anand diagnosed he is suffering from Profound Bilateral Sensor Neural Hearing Loss & recommended to undergo a surgery through which 80% of the problem can be cured. This surgery will cost Rs 10 Lakhs to implants and expenses in a General Ward excluding ICU Stay & Medication.
We have to undergo surgery before 18th May 2018 because this surgery must be done in young age as suggested by doctor.
I'm a small labor, so i cannot afford the above expense.
I have already received Rs 3.00 lakh from PM relief fund which was created to hospital account directly.
i here-by request you to kindly help me finically so that my son will become a normal kid.
