I am Praveen Kumar aged 26, from Coonoor, The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu. I was diagnosed with kidney failure and hypertension in September 2017. I have been undergoing dialysis since the date of diagnosis.
 I am the main source of income for my family. I have a brother who is studying and a married sister. My father is a mason and my mother is a housewife.
I have taken many opinions and have been asked to get a kidney transplant . Since I do not have facilities to stay at Chennai and get treated at a government facility and since Coimbatore does not have  the necessary infrastructure for a transplant I am forced to approach the private sector for my treatment.
My father has come forward for organ donation. We have finished the preliminary  investigations at Kovai Medical Center and Hospital, and the estimate for the transplant amounts to Rs.8 lakhs which is beyond my means.
Kindly help me in whatever way possible.
