Project:
“Helping Hand to Raise Someone”(Career Able) A fundraising mission.

For:
10th, 12th, Undergraduates & Graduates students from Arts, Commerce, Science & Information technology (IT) sections.

Age group:
16 to 25yrs.

Project Details:
“Helping Hand to Raise Someone”(Career Able) is a project held between July & August. This campaign aims to create awareness & garner support for the “Educating Career” Program, a strong determinant that ensures professional education career for students from Backward & financially weaker sections of the society.  

Why this Campaign?:
There are enormous number of NGO who fund the Children Education from KG to 10th Standard, Government School & Govt Aided Schools & also private school have some 5 to 7% of Government quotas where children from weaker sections are taught free. And free education for girls child after 5th standard.
      This children from different community (ST, BC, SC, EBC & others) when after they complete their Matriculation. They are left out. With No proper Career guidance / Counselling, no financial support no free college education or free government skill training centre. Very few NGO only Sponser for higher courses in Medical, IIT & Enginering.
So the students with average marks or from other streams other than science are left out, as no NGO fund this category students.
 This children which comes in bulk from Govt school, Govt aided schools, NGO & Trust free school & funded students. Such students are left with no alternative then to select a unprofessional or cheap courses which effect their career graph. Some even join the college with some financial support, but later they tend to left in between due to financial crisis & join some daily earning jobs in small trade shop or do labour jobs in industrial sector.  
There are also some of the above students who fall prey to small unrecognised skill training centres, who lures students in name of quality training, job placement & low fees structure. But get a blow to the students who fall prey to this type of institution which attracts students with different advertisements & freebies. As they fail to provide industry ready training as per current requirements, unqualified staff, zero value certification, no practical training as per industry standards and no job placement or support after course completion.
   So keeping in mind this kind of students career prospects, we are starting an initiative in the name of “Helping Hands to Raise Someone” (Career Able).
     It’s a fundraising campaign for the Deserving needy students, who lacks quality career education, which hamper their career or select a wrong career due to lack of knowledge or guidance or uneducated family background or lack of funds.
   Also our current education system is not skill able or job oriented, the students have to do some additional skill courses to upgrade themselves as per current industry requirements or do apprenticeship to be skilled & competent. As per current industry / corporate requirements.

So keeping all the above things in mind, we are starting an initiative with Palghar District, which is one of the most densely populated where more than 70% of the population is weaker sections.
  This area youth has developed their name in the world in dance & other art form from Vasai, Nallasopara & Virar (Palghar District). Here the students are very talented & hardworking, but lacks growth opportunities due to poor financial family background, proper guidance & Support
 To bridge the gap between the current industry / corporate requirements, we tend to Trained them into latest opportunities Like:

As per the students education background, Intrest, strength & weakness the students will be selected & Trained for that particular course to excel in that particular areas.

Selection process?
We are going to conduct a selection drive in-form of scholarship test. Which will be conducted in the Junior & Senior colleges of the Palghar District, where the Deserving students will be selected & send for 2nd round which will be one to one  interview along with their parents.
From this the students will be further scrutinised as per their merit & family economical status.
Where students education certificates & also their family background / Income proof certificate check will be conducted, and xerox of the same will be attached for future reference. Also some students who are dropouts will be considered, by letter from any Corporator or Government authorities, with income proof certificate. Each students selected under this project their acceptance document letter will be signed by themselves & their Parents / Guardians for acceptance of rules & regulation for any future reference / Correspondence.
This selected students details will be shared to all donors on social media with their details, so anybody having any doubts can directly contact to the students this will bring a transparency also their activity images & videos will also be shared regularly till their final placements take place.

Funds Utilisation:
Funds will be utilised under such a manner as that maximum students can gets it benefits.
Division of funds will be done in 4 streams.

1. Commerce - 20,00,000
2. Arts - 10,00,000
3. Science  - 10,00,000
4. IT (Information Technology) - 10,00,000

In Commerce section as there are maximum number of students compared to any other streams, hence commerce section budget is more than other sector.

Budget:
Expected Target for July & August is 100 Students from all streams.
Course fees as follows:

1. IT Sector = course duration 15Months = Course fees 1,35,000 * 20 (No. of students) = 27,00,000
2. Hardware & Networking = Course duration 10months = Course fees  75,000 * 20(No. of students) = 15,00,000
3. Banking & Finance = Course Duration 12months = 85,000 * 20 (No. of Students) = 17,00,000
4. Aviation, Hospitality & Travel & Tourism = Course duration 6 to 8 months = 95,000 * 40 (No. of students) = 38,00,000

Total gross fees for 100 students approximately = 97,00,000 Less (Exclusive special CSR funding discount 20% applicable on group Admission for weaker section of the society) = 77,60,000 Less 50,00,000 (Expected Fundraising from Campaign Collection) = 27,60,000 (This balance amount of the corse fee will be borne by the company).

  To provide professional training to students, in an exclusive atmosphere with quality training at par with latest industry standard, with hands on  practical training and 100% Placement Assistance to all the selected students candidates till the Job placment.
Our aim to raise the status of such kind of students families from receiver to donors.

  I am one of the Director of a company name NIMTS EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, we had taken A world renowned brand Franchaisee for Palghar District named “Aptech Learning”

      Being an only brand Training academy with multiple streams under one roof, Many students used to come for enquires for different courses from different segments different regions & different backgrounds. Such students after getting the enquiry they used to enrolled themselves for courses, but they tend to fail to comeback for start of their course or for the further payments. This used to happen with most of the cases, previously we never used to care for such things, but later as such incidents increased, we discussed this situation in our board meeting, where we came out with an solution to have a call to the parents and know exactly the reason for the same as they have already paid some amount of the course fee. When we had a call record from such kind of enrolled students parents, we came to know that the majority of the reason for them was Finanace, as they were unable to spend on their children career education further as they were unable to meet their daily family chores. We tried to help them with finance options, but that too failed as their cases were rejected by the banks. We tried to connect with some NGO to get sponsorship for such students, but the maximum amount Finanace by ngo was not greater then Rs. 5000/- This thing also didn’t work, and it’s was not possible from our end to finance 100% for large number of student. This is then we thought of the fundraising concept, an initiative to bring a change in the society.
        It’s an appeal a heart felt request a plea from NIMTS Education Private Limited,
