Reasonable Story:

Why you need to crowdfunding for raising funds?
To help our building people for removing rainwater from the stopped construction (area which is dug for purpose to build a building) and to refill the dug area with cement (which rainwater can't be accumulated and we'll be safe from dengue and malaria fevers).

Important Questions:

a> Would it help in a cause; write about the cause
Yes, it will be a great help from the donors. The rainwater is accumulated for the entire year from past 6 years in the area which is dug for constructing building but it is stopped and never reconstructed. From that rainwater, all the dengue and malaria mosquitoes are arised. We are suffering from dengue and malaria fevers from this situation. Please help us to refill it with the cement. So that mosquitoes can't arise, we don't suffer from fevers and also india will be swatcha bharat. We all are suffering from dengue and malaria fevers, feeling ill and weakness, headache, several such health problems. Relief us from health problems. And the builder also can't help in this because builder has the penalty to pay to other company from where he had took a loan but didn't paid till now. And also he went to jail.

b> would it help in a passion of yours; write about that and how you plan to go about it
Yes, We will first remove the rainwater which is filled upto 50mtrs of height and 100mtrs long by width. And then fill it with the cement. Thats it!

c> would it benefit someone else; talk about that person
Yes. It is benefited to all our building members and the locality. We are struggling hard to join and save every single rupee to do the same but not having enough money to do it. So we need help from you. So that we can be healthy and good from the nature.

Our Building Story

Our Orbit builder "Mr. Pujjit Aggarwal" had gone to jail because of not paying the payments to his projects works and not paying the loan amount exceeding ₹7 crores and more (which is being taken for projects purpose). But he has lifted his hands-up saying that he can't help in any of the projects and building, which he had already built.

He had left the area digged up for the project but that is not the actual problem. The actual problem is the rain water which is accumulated for the entire year, from this building people and the locals are suffering from dengue and malaria fevers from the mosquito's caused. Even I was suffered from Dengue Fever for 2 weeks.

Now, the builder is not ready to pack this area with cement. He told us to do the same from ourselves.

You only tell what can we do to get rid of this mosquitoes?

Even now, We are suffering from dengue and malaria fevers a lot. No difference either rainy or in other seasons, the family of mosquitoes are always present.

What do I plan to do with the funds?
We are burdened for recovering the area to remove the accumulated rainwater and fill it up with cement of Rs 50 lakhs or more. This area is beside the lift area inside our building area. Dengue and Malaria mosquitoes are gathered on the area and it causes us dengue and malaria fevers, there is no other alternative source of raising funds for our building peoples. One small contribution from you can help our building people including me from suffering dengue and malaria fevers during our difficult times.

Any funds raised will be used to remove the accumulated rainwater from the area and refilling it with cement. All contributions will go directly towards Vishal Thatikonda (me)  ensuring a secure future. Your little contribution can help us a lot during this difficult time.

Please contribute some of your little money to save younger people life from our building. Even a single penny of you can save someone life.

------------------------------------------------------------

Area of Digged is:

Area Width: Approx. 100mtrs.
Height of Dept: Approx. 50mtrs.

Cause for raising & utilise funds:
Will utilise these funds for Building Area Development Purpose

1. To remove all the rainwater which is being accumulated for the entire year
2. Filling up the digged area with cement.
Including both, the total estimate cost will be around

It is a very large area which is digged for the building construction but the construction work has being stopped from several years around 5-6 yrs.

------------------------------------------------------------

You can see now, there is lots of rain water accumulated in the digged area. The area is straight front to our building in the parking area and outside the lift area. It is very deeply digged inside and never covered with cement.

So, all the responsibility forcingly comes to us for paying our building expenses and maintaince like Water, Electricity, Lift, Security, even the other expenses. Earlier there was no water connection for our building, somehow we manage to take new water connection from BMC. We complaint about the O.C requirement but still we didn't got any O.C from our builder and also lost hope that we will get the O.C in future. We can't make our building into Society without the O.C that's the fact.

So, here I have discussed about the matter we are suffering from. If we register Society then we can do anything to develop our society but its not possible now because builder is not ready to provide us the O.C.
