Help Me To Reconstruct My Flooded House

My name is Vasantha. I am 58 years old . I am living in Thiruvallur district. Aranvayal village. Some months before there was a children team named children parliament  had raised fund from their community and built a house for me. i lost the house because of recent flood. Now my hut is very damaged and pigs are entered inside of my home. I can't live outside owing to this condition. Please help me to rebuild my house....
