An abandoned child with his helpless mother fighting for his life. He's on medical bed since four weeks. His one kidney has been collapsed and other is on dialysis. Four dialysis has already been done and doctor has suggested few more if his condition does not improve, and may go for kidney transplant if needed. Both the real father as well as foster father has abandoned him along with his foster mother. Please help him to live, stand again and support his mother.
