Nishant Nadan a student of age 21 from Katihar ( Bihar )studying in Bhopal (SIRT college) is my brother in law and has to go through small intestine transplantation surgery as soon as possible. This is one of the rarest case in India. Nishant was admitted in Paras Hospital (Patna) on 26th April and doctors found 1.5 litres of Toxic Haemorrhagic fluid on perotoneal cavity and whole of small bowel is gangrene except proximal 15cm of jejunum and distal 10cm of ileum and advised to remove the particular intestinal part because it was damaged totally. 

Doctors operated him and removed the particular part that day. He was on a ventilator for 4 days. Nishant was kept under observation for 2 more days. Doctors in Paras hospital could not operate him so they advised and referred his case to AIIMS Delhi.

On 4th May, Nishant was taken to Delhi. On 5th May morning the doctors of AIIMS Delhi went through reports and told the family that this case can not be handled in their hospital and advised them to shift him in Apollo.
