This is about a 48 year old Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh, who is the sole bread winner of his family had sudden stomach pain associated with bloating since 05.08.2018. 

He was immediately rushed to nearby hospital in Bangalore and after first aid, he was rushed to MIOT Hospitals by ambulance and was admitted in Medical ICU in a very sick state. He was investigated and was diagnosed to have acute pancreatitis (which is acute inflammation of pancreas) with elevated liver enzymes.

 His condition rapidly deteriorated and he developed respiratory distress and multi organ failure, hence he was put on ventilator. In view of continuous mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy was done. 

At present he continues to be on ventilator support and with supportive care his multi organ dysfunction is getting better. However he needs about one month stay in ICU for recuperating fully which as everyone knows is expensive care. Since he is the sole bread winner of the family, his family is not able to support financially. 

Hence a humble request has been put forth by the patient’s wife to help her financially to save her husband’s life
