I am Sariga,My mother Santhy Ganesh  (Age 45) we are 2 kids and my dad is working in printing press office , for the past 4 years my mom is severely affected by  KIDNEY failure so as per doctors advice  she is  currently undergoing treatment for KIDNEY dialysis for past 4months .

Our doctor has advised her  to do the KIDNEY transplantation but as we are poor  family we do not have sufficient amount for transplantation.

 So I am kindly requesting you to help us with some amount for transplantation for my mom operation for your reference I have attached doctors written certificate.
