Dear generous Donors,
       Let me introduce myself as Manjunath. R, 33 years old living in Bangalore, I have been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on June 9th 2016 and undergone 9 cycles of chemotherapy under the supervision of Dr. Murali Subramaniam. POST completion therapy and almost spent the maximum by funding from various sources, saving and options. The decease as relapsed and Now I have been advised 2 more cycles of chemotherapy followed by Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation which would cost around Rs 12 Lakhs which I am not able to afford. So request you to please donate generously.
       Now please allow me to take you into my family, I got married in the year 2015 and my wife is a home maker, we have a toddler of 1.5 years old. My father is a medically retired bus driver and he is suffering from short term memory loss due to blood clot in his brain caused by his hyper tension and also he has undergone heart surgery for insertion of stunt. He is under regular treatment for diabetic as well. My mother is also a home maker and she will be fully occupied in looking after my father and me. I have an elder sister married and settled in Bangalore.
       I have the responsibility of looking after my family which I was managing & still doing. But now I need your kind support to fight the Lymphoma &come out of this decease & have a normal life with my family, kid & look after my dependents.
