I was having the Disease of Asthma and MDR TB (IV Category) Spreaded to the Lungs too, since Seven years, After completing the TB treatment on September 2021. On Scanning shown  my Right Side Lung is totally damaged and not functioning. Now i am having heavy breathing issues. not able to walk so. As i am a individual person since i loses my parents. I am staying in a rental based home with my sister and her family. Cause of the Breathing stress. and allergy i won't be able go out and do any kind of job.Need to maintain Oxygen Level Comfirtable Need to take regular medicines which 25 to 30 Percentage is available free from the (Civil Hospital in Surat where i am taking the treatment for the past Four Years). and the part is outsource which cost Rs. 3400 per month. 

Since i am jobless i am really having the financial problem  for my medicines, travel, and food and other expenses. And the Transplantation of the Lung the surgery cost will come around 25 to 26 Lac and if i get any donors who is ready to donate the lung for me. My family members are not capable to manage my medical expence and they have their oun commitments, also helpless even they don't have any fixed income.

So i kindly requesting to you all to help me for my further treatment.
