iNNER-EYE is a charitable organization to help underprivileged, deprived, destitute, disabled, mentally challenging people to help them by securing their Livelihood, Education and Health to have a peaceful and privileged life.

What we do: Inner-Eye’s causes for poor support-less HIV+ children and women to sustain their health and lead health life; their lives are uncertain – Inner-Eye’s Health aPLUS is to support for their health and try to assure for long life. We need your generous support and help for optimal nutrition helps to HIV positive people feel better, stay healthier and live longer; as such more to:

o Achieves and maintains optimal body weight and strength,
o Enhances the body’s ability to fight opportunistic infections,
o May help delay the progression of HIV,
o Improves the effectiveness of drug treatments,
o Improves the quality of life for live longer.

Health aPLUS: Under Health Mission, Inner-Eye’s Health aPLUS helps poor support-less people who are coping with HIV infection and trying to maintain their health and nutritional status, by offering Health Awareness, Medical Camp Programme, Health Treatment Support and Health Nutrition for the HIV+ children and adult people to sustain health.

Since 2016, Inner-Eye Foundation’s Health aPLUS helped and given support 275 HIV+ people for the destitute children and women for their sustainable health. 

Health aPLUS’s Energy & Protein Need for HIV+ People: An HIV-infected adult requires 10 to 15 percent more energy per day (or approximately 400 additional kcal for men and 300 kcal for women). An HIV-infected adult needs approximately 50 to 100 percent more
protein for a total of 85 grams/day for men and 72 grams/day for women.

o Contain proteins for cell repair and growth; nutrients such as iron for blood; and calcium and phosphorus for strong bones;
o Help to build bones and cells important for growth and development;
o Help to fight infection and repair the body during times of illness;
o Are obtained from legumes (e.g. beans, lentils, cowpeas, pigeon peas, groundnuts and nuts), milk products (yogurt, cheese and milk), and cereals (wheat, maize and rice); and
o Daily consumption of legumes and cereals.
