Need Help for the treatement of father of two little kids with due respect,
I'm writing this in regard to the some help I need for someone I know, a man who is suffering from kidney complications. He is married with two kids to look after to.

I know this person for a long time now. He had worked at a pharmacy. A while ago, he got into an accident and experienced injuries on the mouth as well as jaw. He recovered from the same within 6 months but due to that, his medicines for kidney got accidently skipped and because of that, the kidneys are almost in a failure structure. He is getting his dialysis after every 2 days' time period.

He already belonged to a very poor family and the kidney issues are adding to the pain. His father cannot work due to the old age. His two brothers are the only people who work for the family to make the two ends meet, they still have to borrow money from their relatives and neighbours or friends for dialysis which is putting them continuously into more debt.
Govt hospitals give time of more than one year for kidney transplant which cost around 5 lakhs and till the operation is done he have to get dialysis which cost Rs 2000 for one time.
