I am starting this campaign to gather funds for my humble cook who has been recently diagnosed with a condition of intramural uterine fibroid for which she needs to undergo hysterectomy surgery, precisely a laparoscopic one to treat her condition. 

With her meager source of income she needs a little help from all of you to achieve the same. Attached are her medical reports and documents. Please help her to get through this difficult time as she is in a lot of pain due to this condition and is not able to carry on with her routine life and work normally because of this.
