Save Street Lives

Many animals die on street because there is no treatment given at the time required. The life of an street animal has no value and thats what bothers us. We at help in suffering work day and night to save maximum no matter what . But since we are charitable organisation my hands are restricted and need to raise funds so that we can save more and more lives. Amputating is one big reason to save the life of an animal but every surgery take 3-4 hours and costs about 10-15 thousand per amputation . If an animal is not amputated the wound will cause death due to infection within a day or two . Hence immediate action is needed. Every day we receive 30-35 calls for accidents and our team reaches at the accident place to rescue the injured. On an average 90% case needs amputation . My Aim is to save 100 lives through this fundraising . I will update you with every day number of surgeries performed to save lives.

About US:

Help in Suffering is a registered Indian charitable trust working for the benefit of the animals of  India. We were founded in 1980 by a British Animal lover Miss Crystal Rodgers aiming for helping suffering animals and all living things and started the veterinary hospital with limited resources which later extended  in 2  acres of wooded land in south Jaipur and now became the one of its kind of shelter-hospital for all the animals . Help in Suffering  provides  emergency medical and surgical care for domesticated and street  animals, regardless of age, who are ill or victims of traumatic injuries and who have been abused, starved and/or abandoned by their owners.

Shelter has been successful with its dedicated staff and their compassion for animals is what makes them the integral part of HIS . We have  about thirty-five trained staff for handling the sick and traumatic animals and has five rescue ambulances and two mobile clinic vehicles. Animal welfare projects are conducted in the guidance of trained Vets . The campus provides the peaceful surroundings and believes in natural habitat for animals to support quick healing . As veterinary hospital Help in Suffering provides refuge for many animals to get treatment and tries to re-home as many unowned animals as possible, else releases the animals in their respective territories. And to meet this HIS work closely with documentation and to the limit that we record each and every rescued animal medical and daily reports and gets exact yearly number of rescue and other required numbers.

Its been almost four decades and we still providing shelter ,medical aid and nurturing and welfare of animals .And this we could achieve only with the help of all our donors and animal lovers from across the globe . Over the years we have grown into a large animal welfare  organization with a number of projects to help animals. And its only due to our many projects Jaipur has become the only city which is Rabies free very less number of dog bites as compares to the other part of the country.

We also run a specialist Camel Rescue Centre in  Bassi to serve draught and traumatic camels and our mobile camel rescue team is well known in the state for their tremendous work and dedication and being often get calls by the villagers with complaints to treat abandoned camels with the hope that HIS will do their best to get the camel its life back.

If you want to save life of a street or domesticated ill treated animal whose suffering touches your heart and pains you as human the one place you can rely on is HELP IN SUFFERING : A place where every animal is treated with love and compassion .
