    This fundraiser will benefit

    Mr. Gupteshwar M

    from Bangalore, Karnataka

Gupteswar is suffering from kidney failure and struggling to meet his bare minimum medical treatment.  He used to work in F&B team in Keys Hotel Whitefield until this unfortunate medical condition happened.  I came to know about him through a friend who had been helping him and also met him in person where I got to know more about his condition.

Doctors have advised 3 times/ week Dialysis but some how he is able manage to do only 2 times/week and some times even less. Apart from this he has to be on medication. The Doctors also have advised for a Transplant. His lives with his mother and father. Mother is not keeping well due to cardiac issues and his father an ex-security personel unable to work as the situation demands him to be around most of the time. He has a younger brother who earns about 6-7 thousand per . month.

His monthly medical cost comes up to rs 15000/. The transplant cost is expected to be around 5 Lakhs. Given their current condition they are some how managing with contributions from generous peoples.

I thought if could reach out to more people who could help in this noble cause, it would help Gupteswar in his struggle for life.

The dialysis cost per sitting is Rs 700. So considering he has to go for 3 times a week it's monthly Rs 8400. And along with medications his monthly medical cost comes up to Rs 15000.

In spite of continuing on his dialysis Gupteswar's condition has become critical. Due to toxic deposits over a period of time multiple organs have irreversible damage and now he is in very critical condition. At this point he needs support treatment in terms of excessive fluid removal and controlling other symptoms to keep him going which warrants him regular visits to ICU or stays in the hospital.

Any financial support in this critical time would help the family manage the medical emergencies.

It has been a great support from everyone for which Gupteswar was able to sustain and alleviate his pain. I would request if you could come forward for one last time to contribute it would a great help. Thanking you all.
