Message from Goutham : Hi all, as some of you already know, my mother is in a critical condition in VS hospital in Chennai and I am on an emergency visa from Ireland in order to take care of her.
I was told today that her kidneys have been permanently damaged but she can sustain a decent life with the support of dialysis. Right now she is on a ventilator because of multiple organ failure from sepsis which needs round the clock care and the use of strong antibiotics. She just started responding to the treatment and it needs to be continued. For this I seek your help. I would appreciate any financial support as we deal with this crisis.
