I am raising this fund for my friend Gorakhnath Chavan's treatment. Since he is from a middle class family and also he is a sole breadearner for his family which makes him difficult to pay medical expenses. He is fighting a Kidney failure. Currently he is on dialysis weekly twice and also having decompensated Liver Cirrhosis due to Hepatitis 'B' Infection. The Doctor has suggested Combined Liver & Kidney Transplant as Life sustaining Therapy.. He is currently undergoing treatment at Sahyadri Superspeciality Hospital, Nagar Road, Pune. Complete treatment will cost approximately Rs. 30 Lakhs. His family is not financially capable to arrange this huge amount
