My name is Ranjit Ravindran and I am raising funds for Girish Nair who is suffering from  Diabetes mellitus with diabetic nephropathy and  proliferative retinopathy with retinal detachment. He also has Hypertension and Hypothyroidism.  As a complication of Diabetes his kidney function and vision are progressively deteriorating with significant protein loss/high creatinine and retinal detachment leading to permanent loss of vision. He requires long term admission for upper limb weakness due to stroke and still hospitalized and is undergoing treatment at Rajagiri Hopsital. The treatment is costing us Rs. 200000 and we need funds to continue the treatment and save his/her life.
