This is Kiran sai potturi suffering from kidney disease from four years.My two kidneys are failed on June 2014 and lam on hemodialysis from then.I am having dialysis 3 times a week.my doctors suggested to go for kidney transplantation.I have no donor so I registered in jeevandan cadaver transplant programme in Ramesh cardiac super speciality hospital gunturu for transplantation.I have to attend hospital when ever the kidney available.Already I have missed the chance due to lack of sufficient money.So,kindly help to have my transplant operation.
