Help to Build A School Capacity Development Center- EdHub

Amir Hussain is an International Mathematics Olympiad gold medalist, but is compelled to make ends meet by selling milk. Son of a small village-businessman, Anas Didat (aged 11, class 7) has stunned the world by developing a computer game despite coming from a place where computer literacy is a far cry. Ashwini Kumar, son of roadside sweets-vendor has written a novel and two volumes of a comic book, and now is working on a third volume. Shikha Kumari, student & a class-topper for last two years, has written a collection of poems. However, her father, a bicycle mechanic, is very apprehensive about being able to further nurture her creativity.
There are several such stories of talented children having potentials to mesmerize the world & make it a better place to live. But their talents often go unnoticed due to funds & lack of financial backing.
A group of zealous youngsters with noble intentions, we are alumni of such reputed institutes as the IISc, IITs, IIITs, NIT and BIT, who have started a laboratory school (Mount Everest Public School). We are purely driven by our aim of implementing various teaching methodologies for  unlocking the potentials and nurturing the talents of children belonging to the marginalized sections of society.
Conceptualized in 2011, the Laboratory School was inaugurated on 10th April 2015 by Sri Dr L N Bhagat, the Vice-Chancellor of Ranchi University.
We are delighted to announce that we have accomplished several successful stories by identifying and nurturing young talents during the last three years.
With this noble idea as our driving force, we are now planning to scale-up & spread across the whole of Jharkhand state. The idea is to help other low cost schools also to learn from what we are doing and implement them in their school. Our school lab is like a capacity development (un)centering process, that would help interested teachers to come to our school lab, get trained by experts in this field and be a part of our eco-system for a short period, see and observe what we are doing and then go back to their schools and implement these ideas to develop their schools into an effective learning center. Slowly as we succeed in helping other schools in Jharkhand we then want to spread to the other states i.e. Bihar, UP and West Bengal.

We are inviting generous contributions from empathic people. Your indispensable support shall not only pull countless young minds out of the clutches of poverty, but will also give wings to their dreams. Undoubtedly, your benevolence shall prove to be a great impetus for augmenting the intellectual wealth of our country.
This project is supported by NOOR SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, registered in 2015 with registration No. 394, under The Societies Registration Act, 1860.
