56-year-old Mr. Vijayan is diagnosed with a heart condition (As stated in attached letter from hospital).
For Vijayan to recover, he now needs to undergo a surgery to implant pacemaker urgently. The surgery is scheduled for 26th October 2018.
He is a driver & sole breadwinner of the family. Unfortunately, due to this condition, he is unable to go for work.
I know him personally as we used to engage his services regularly for long distance travel.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Unfortunately, the procedure costs 2 lakhs, which is too much for Mr. Vijayan to afford and he needs your help to raise funds. The family have been forced to put the surgery off for quite some time, due to lack of funds.
