Hello! I'm Surya Vamshi from Hyderabad. I am pursuing Chartered Accountancy course. My father met with an accident ten days ago. He got severe brain injury. By the time help reached him, he bled to a large extent and a clot formed. He was admitted in Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Secunderabad. Doctors had to do brain surgery to remove the clot. But he is still unconscious. Doctors are hopeful that he would open his eyes any day very soon and be conscious. But it may take one month to three months. Besides he has to undergo another neuro surgery in the coming days.
I belong to a middle-class family with no family assets. My family has already borrowed around 3 lacs from others which is a huge debt for a student like me. My father had an insurance policy that got discontinued for not paying premium amount. The hospital bills are increasing day-by-day. I need another 8 Lacs (Surgery-3lacs, Hospital expenses-3lacs, Medication and Physio therapy-1.5lacs and other medical expenses-50000) to get my father completely out of this.
I have read about your organisation through social media. Your crowd funding program is simply awesome. I am sure many families have benefited from it. I think this is a right platform to convey my plea and request to the organisation and the philanthropists of our country. I have my hopes pinned on this to help me financially in any manner the organisation could guide me to get my father out of this situation. I know my father will take a long time to be completely healthy again. This is just one of the many attempts to provide him an opportunity to get well.
