I am Rishabh .We belong to lower middle class family of India. With lot of difficulties my parents raised me and funded for my education . I am the sole person to earn bread for my family and I lost my job recently.

My father has been a great father, husband and human. He is as good and decent as anyone could be. My father got sick suddenly and we had to hospitalize him  .

There doctor did some tests and found something unusual in his blood test. Firstly he got diagnosed with Tuberculosis with pus in his lymph nodes below neck. He has been under medication for 2 months now. He was having trouble eating and speaking. His voice kept changing with time. All of a sudden he started choking as he could not breathe and we immediately took him to Patna Medical College Hospital. Doctors did Tracheostomy to help him breathe. A hole was created in his neck and a tube inserted so that he can breathe. He is not able to eat or speak. He can't speak until that tube is there. Reports showed he has tumor in the neck and doctors asked to get a biopsy done. The biopsy report confirmed that my dad has throat cancer .This confirmation gave us all a shock and this news devastated us all. He has stage 4a throat cancer. 

For his treatment, we need to rush to the nearest city with maximum facilities available. The treatment for his disease is possible, which might add life but comes at very high cost. Even with all our savings, help from friends and relatives , we are not be able to arrange so much .
