My name is Shivaswamy  C S, and I am raising funds for my grandfather, Mr.Basappa. He is 62-years-old and he had a heart attack past 5 years ago. We are coming from a forest area near Karntaka-Tamilnadu border village.

He is suffering from ACS. He has been advised by DR.B.ASHALATHA to undergo PTCA-TO RCA procedure. He needs a heart operation urgently, his treatment will cost approximately Rs.80,291.
