Chandresh’s mother had resigned her job in order to take care of her child and his father is an elderly stroke patient, he is currently being taken care of by his grandparents. He had been intubated for the past 20 days and due to his pericardial effusion, pericardial centesis had been done. During this time, he developed hospital acquired pneumonia which lead to acute respiratory distress syndrome. Due to this, he needed high pressure ventilatory support. He later developed anemia and thrombocytopenia for which he required 4 units of packcell and 8 units of platelets. Chandresh is now on high end antibiotics and unable to come off ventilatory support due to his worsening condition. The family had brought their child here for management but do to their financial circumstances they are unable to afford treatment. Chandresh, who was born to a loving mother will not be able to have a strong outcome without further treatment. Any financial aid towards him would be of much help.
